Summary: On Lita's vacation to Sanford, She gets a special Christmas surprise from her very close friends.

Sanford, North Carolina

Lita laid a hand under her weary head. All she had in mind was one thing, sleep. After a long trip on the road, Lita hardly kept her eyes closed for rest; everything has to be done. Work, work, work, Endless jobs should be carried out further for good benefits in life.

Greeting cards have all been sent
The Christmas rush is through
But I still have one wish to make
A special one for you

With half-closed eyes, Lita turned to look at the clock on her bedside. It read 11:30 p.m. For this hour, most people have already got into their beds or slept for a long time before the clock struck 11. The red haired vixen shook her head tiredly and closed her eyes, waiting for sleep to come in.

It was only a minute when her sleep was cut short by a loud knock on the door. Lita tried to cover her ears from the noise, but the noise sounded like a gong in a Chinese temple. Slowly, Lita rumpled her hair and woke up, slipping into her slippers as she rushed downstairs.

"I'm coming!"

Lita opened the door. Surprisingly, she saw no one; Lita gazed outside for a moment and then shook her head. This must be a trick, though, but who's going to play trick in Christmas? I might as well go back to sleep, Lita thought as she turned her back, planning to go upstairs once more.

But this time, Lita was stopped by a loud shout behind her.

"Surprise, Amy!!!"

The red haired beauty turned around and saw 5 people standing in front of the doorway with tons of gifts. They were Trish, Stephanie, Jericho, Benoit, and Triple-H. Seeing them, Lita folded her arms gingerly.

"Oh it's you guys. Come in."

A few minutes later, the guests were seated at the sala, enjoying a couple of lemon glazed biscuits and hot chocolate. They chattered excitedly as each gave their gifts to Lita.

"I'm really sorry if I disturb you, Amy. Merry Christmas." Trish said as she handed a present.

"Merry Christmas, AC. I hope that you will have a blessed holiday, and may God grant you good health and everlasting peace." Jericho greeted, doing the same as Trish did.

Next was Chris Benoit's turn. He handed Amy an attractive gold tote bag which came exclusively from Mark's and Spencer's goodie packages.

"Amy, you know that I'm very poor at speeches. But, from the bottom of my heart, I'd like to say is that I'm glad to have a good friend like you. Buon Natale. "

Hearing this, a roar of laughter and cheer rose from the crowd. Lita smiled appreciatively as she shook hands with Chris Benoit. Trish and Jericho kept clapping while Benoit returned to his seat.

This time, it was Triple-H and Stephanie's turn. They stood up and sat close to Lita. Stephanie smiled, put a hand on Lita's shoulder and said,

"Amy, I know that I've been a bad girl at times. I know that I hurt you physically, mentally and emotionally… and sometimes I made you really mad at me. But you know what, after all these years of knowing each other, I decided that everything should be revealed now. I'm really sorry, Amy. I didn't mean to hurt you like this."

When the words came out of Stephanie's mouth, tears started to fall down her cheeks. Lita gave Stephanie a comforting smile instead, patting her friend's hand.

"Everything's clear now, Stephanie. Past is past." Lita said, brushing the tears away from Stephanie's eyes.

Stephanie handed Lita the gift and gave her a warm, friendly hug. Tears of joy fell down on Stephanie's face now, and everyone watched on with all smiles. Afterwards, Stephanie broke off the hug and together, she and Triple-H handed three more presents to Lita. Then, they went back to their seats.

"Looks like the gift giving's over." Jericho said, looking at the clock, "It's 4 minutes before 12:00 A.M."

"No, wait!" Trish stood up, "Look, guys, there's Dawn!"

"Dawn?" Lita repeated.

Everyone's eyes turned to the open door. They saw Dawn Marie in a pink jacket and fur trimmed yellow leggings, her hair all wrapped up in a blue leopard skin parka. She looked at everyone and smiled brightly.

"Sorry guys, I'm late." Dawn said, walking over to Lita, "Merry Christmas Amy."

Lita took the present from Dawn and gave her a hug. This time, a voice interrupted,

"Happy Holidays."

Everyone kept silent as they saw a tall figure of a man appear on the doorway. Lita's mouth opened wide when she saw the person, but the others just smiled shyly; they knew that he was coming.

"A…Adam?" Lita muttered.

A solemn silence filled the room as Adam approached Lita w/ three huge presents on his hand. He put two presents aside on the couch and took a beautiful, long fur coat from a tote bag; Adam handed Lita the fur coat, beckoning her to wear it.

Happy New Year, too
I've just one wish
On this Christmas Eve

Lita smiled and slipped into the fur coat. Everyone was astonished and attracted by the present that Adam had given Lita. This time, Adam took a small velvet box from his pocket; He knelt on one knee and opened the box, saying,

"Amy…"

The red haired beauty smiled and turned to her lover. She began to smile brightly as Adam continued,

"Merry Christmas, Darling. Will you marry me?"

"I will." Lita said, "I'll always will."

Adam took the ring from the box and wore it on Lita's finger. Then, he slowly stood up and embraced Lita; the others cheered with laughter, surrounding the couple with Christmas greetings and Best Wishes.
